Applying is doing the work. Pick a role and start a short take-home built for it, no résumé screen and no waiting on a recruiter to notice you.

Complete the take-home
About three to five focused hours plus a short Loom walk-through. Use whatever tools you like, including AI. We're not measuring speed at leetcode; we're measuring judgment and taste.

Get real feedback
Anvil grades the submission against a known rubric. You hear back with actual signal, not a form rejection. If both sides want to continue, you move to a conversation with the team.
